Visa Program Updates – eZCard coming soon!

At Forrit, we’re constantly looking for ways to enhance your experience when doing business with us. One way we’re doing this is by updating our Visa platform in Online Banking.

Please note, you will not have access to your credit card online from 2pm PST on July 9th through July 11th. Beginning on 7/12/2021, your new credit card experience will begin.

Here are some important notes regarding the change:

• Any payments that are scheduled to process after 12pm PST on 7/8 will experience a delay appearing in your account overview, however, the payments will be processed as scheduled.
• To access your card information, beginning on July 12th you’ll need to re-enroll through Online or Mobile banking.
• Any future dated payments set after 7/8/2021 and recurring payments will need to be re-established in the new site. Please note, recurring payments set up with merchants outside of Forrit online banking will not be effected.
• If you’re currently enrolled in eStatements, you’ll need to re-enroll.
  Any 3rd party payment information will need to be re-setup.

ScoreCard – Visa Platinum Rewards

This summer, we’re spicing up our Visa Platinum Rewards program so that we can provide our members with even better rewards. Starting on 7/10/2021, we will offer even more benefits and perks, along with the flexibility to use your rewards in a way that works best for our members.

This new rewards program will offer a wide variety of reward options including:

• Cash Back – Earn 1% cash back for everyday purchases and redeem points towards your balance.
• Gift Cards – from your favorite retailers for everyday purchases
• Travel – Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, excursions, and more.
• Much more – top-shelf merchandise, event tickets, and more!

What’s next?

• For current Forrit Platinum Rewards cardholders – you can continue using your card without interruption. You’re continuing to earn points for your purchases. Even better, any available points on your existing rewards account will be automatically included as part of your new rewards account. Please note, points from your current rewards account will not be available for view or transactions on 07/12/2021 as it may take up to 30 days to reflect on your new rewards account.
• Visit the new Visa platform through Online Banking to view your rewards information on or after 7/12/2021.
